Valeo returned to the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) at Cobo Center in Detroit for the third year in a row, hosting a Hospitality Suite and Technology Showroom during NAIAS Preview Week from Jan. 9-12, and participating in the inaugural AutoMobili-D exhibit of autonomous, connected and urban mobility solutions.
Valeo executives including Chairman and CEO Jacques Aschenbroich; Axel Maschka, Senior Vice-President Sales and Business Development; and Jean-Francois Tarabbia, Senior Vice-President R&D and Product Marketing, met with many high-level customers throughout the week. During the initial three days the suite was open, Valeo welcomed more than 600 industry guests throughout the show.
On Jan. 11, as a part of the AutoMobili-D program, Amine Taleb, CDA North America R&D Director, participated in a panel discussion session titled “HMI 2.0, Designing for Future Interactions.”
Valeo also has a booth in the AutoMobili-D exhibit -- dedicated to autonomous, connected and urban mobility solutions -- which remains open throughout the public days (Jan. 14-22), emphasizing recruiting.
NAIAS organizers reported 61 vehicle introductions at the show, in front of more than 5,000 registered journalists from around the world.
