Our recruitment process

Valeo’s recruitment process takes place over several stages, from pre-selection to interviews to onboarding once hired, and is specific to each country.

Step 1


We invite you to submit your application online through Our Job & Internship Page. If our recruiters find a match, they’ll schedule a call to learn more about your skills and experience

Step 2


Once your application is resented and selected by a Hiring Manager, you will be invited for an interview with Valeo managers and HR professionals.

Step 3


After your interview(s) are completed, our HR policy requires a consensus between all Valeo Hiring Managers and HR professionals involved in the hiring process for that role to decide on the candidate to be hired.

Step 4


The onboarding phase is extremely important to ensure that every newcomer is well-integrated in the Valeo family. We aim to help every new employee discover Valeo’s culture, technologies and methodologies, thanks to a personalized induction plan.
